The Benalmadena Cable Cars route begins in Benalmadena, where the modern departure station is to be found and from where you gain access to the cable cars and begin an exclusive journey of 15 minutes duration and 3 kilometres in length, to discover some exclusive views of the Costa del Sol.

During the first part of the trajectory, we will have a view of Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa, two of the population nuclei that make up Benalmadena. As we get further away and higher up towards the Calamorro Mountain, the panorama extends to a unique view of Benalmadena, with a perfect view of the Malaga coastline and a unique landscape, which enables us to see how the blue of the sea merges into the blue of the sky. In addition, the side of the Calamorro Mountain provides an ample representation of the botanic wealth of this typically Mediterranean area, which has species of great ecological interest such as the Zahareña, Rockrose, Thyme, Lily, Mastranto, Cantuero or Marjoram.

The route finishes at the Benalmadena Cable Cars arrival station, located 769 metres above sea level. But the adventure is not over; once we leave behind the cable car that has transported us to the summit of the Calamorro Mountain, a whole range of leisure activities await us.
